Term 1 - Blog 022

WotD: Indifferent

I apologize for forgetting to blog yesterday...but we went out for dinner and before we knew it, it was almost 12am. So i figured that skipping one day of blogging wasn't gonna kill me. Yesterday was a pretty nice day, Chinese School seemed a little faster than usual-but Chinese School can never end fast enough.

Today? I don't know yet. All i know is that it's gonna be a relaxing Sunday. WotD? Indifferent... well, my brother was being himself yesterday and he asked me for help on HIS homework. Since i'm a grade 8 and my brother is in his first year of university, i would think our intellectual levels are a little far apart.

My brother, being the un-creative and "indifferent" thinker he is, couldn't come up with a thesis for his 1000 word essay. I have no idea what a thesis is, so i told him: how could i help? The essay was based on a book filled with minature stories, the goal was to find a few paragraphs and examine them for metaphors, pictorization, etc, etc. His choice of stories? The story was about an "indifferent" woman who kept every thought to herself. After 5 mins of giving my ideas and him rejecting them, i gave up.

Did he do good on his essay? I may never know and i really don't care to.

Today? A little anime, gaming, homework, food, and sleep sounds good. So leave me to my Sunday as i leave you to yours.
