Remembrance Day - Lest We Forget~
WotD: Heaven
Today was Remembrance day. I was starting silently at nothing for 5 minutes starting at 11:03am (according to my computer.) I was a little late, but I'm sure some other clock said 11:00am. I remembered all the foolish war pictures I'd seen lately. I don't get why it happened. Why be greedy at the cost of lives? I also wondered why they could make nuclear bombs back then and not computers.
I just don't get it. I would rather have computers than bombs. It's just inhumane to kill other people.
I didn't do much today except homework and eating. I also had to go to my piano teacher's house to practice piano for TWO HOURS. That sucked. My friend laughed at me. (I'm not kidding, she laughed so hard on the phone. ^^')
WotD? Heaven. I wonder if there is one. I wonder if the soldiers got to go there. After all, one of the things you must never do is murder and I'm sure that most of them did...Do they still go to heaven? It's for the 'greater good' but still...a death is a death. War makes them heroes, but does God agree? Does he agree that the "killing" is for the best and that they are still good people? It's hard to say. I hope that the kind ones do.
